Need an awesome side dish? Maybe you just want a tasty salty midnight snack!? These crispy tater wedges will hit the spot. I love to make these for my family for a side dish with dinner, but I especially love these for a late night snack. Pre-heat that oven to 450F. Peel and wedge-cut the potatoes. I like coleslaw but I am pretty picky about what kinds I like. My favorite kind of coleslaw is like what KFC has. Its sweet and crunchy, but not overly vinegary. This is coleslaw made right!
