For my 37th birthday we took a quick one night stay trip to Eureka Springs, AR. We just wanted to get away from the everyday and take a nice relaxing trip. I absolutely love the greenery everywhere in Arkansas, so I just knew it would be perfect. Originially hoping to book a treehouse, but I waited too long and everything was booked. My baby girl turned 13! I still can’t believe it. When planning for her birthday this year; I knew I wanted to do something extra special. We discussed birthday parties with friends and family but when I suggested a shopping trip she jumped at the idea. So being the type A person that I am. I started planning everything out. Updating A Kid Room To A Teen Room.
So we have been busy updating a kid room to a teen room, as our only baby turns 13 this year. Its just amazing how fast time goes by. It doesnt seem that long ago that she was just in a crib needing us for everything and now…she barely needs us anymore! Anyways, the project. So we started with mint green walls and carpet.
