Coconut Cream Pie Cocktail
Yes, it really does taste just like a slice of delicious coconut cream pie. Rich, smooth, and oh so yummy!
This cocktail is easy to make with only 4 ingredients. To see it in action check out my IG reel.
First off, you are going to want to decide if you want a toasted coconut rim. Its completely optional, but a fun garnish always elevates a drink in my opinion. Toast your sweetened coconut flakes on a baking sheet at 350 for 5 minutes or until golden. Place in a dish to use with whip cream to stick to glass.
Coconut Cream Pie Cocktail
- 1oz Vodka (I recommend Western Son)
- 1oz Coconut Rum
- 1 1/2oz Coconut Milk
- 1 1/2oz Cream of Coconut
Shake in cocktail shaker with ice vigorously for 30 secs. Strain into glass rimmed with whip cream and toasted coconut.
Thats it! Enjoy that smooth & decadent coconut drink inside while its snowy and cold out, and then again this summer when you are needing something tropical!
