Crispy Tater Wedges In The Oven

Need an awesome side dish? Maybe you just want a tasty salty midnight snack!? These crispy tater wedges will hit the spot.

I love to make these for my family for a side dish with dinner, but I especially love these for a late night snack.

crispy at home potato wedges

Pre-heat that oven to 450F.

Peel and wedge-cut the potatoes. Toss in bowl with olive oil, salt and pepper. You can really amp them up with garlic and parmesean cheese or even with dry ranch mix.

Place on a cookie sheet {I recommend putting down foil first to help with a fast clean-up} on their sides. Bake for 20-22 minutes. I dont tend to flip them, but you could halfway through if you want. I find that mine gets crispy enough on both sides with them being oil tossed that I take the lazy girl approach and let them just stay on the one side.

Serve these crispy tater immediately. Of course they are always paired well with Ketchup!! Enjoy with your favorite sandwich Maybe a good cheeseburger or a pulled pork sandwich. Maybe just snack on em! Such a yummy side dish, sure to please everyone!
