It’s that time of year! The Oklahoma State Fair is here and I had the honor of being judge for the Great TASTE of a Fair. We judged 3 categories; sweetest of the sweet, savory, and new. There were about 6 entries in each category. And yes we tried it all. I had to limit each item to 1 bite so that I could fully judge fairly.
